Karen Schneider

A native Angeleno and graduate of UCLA, Karen Schneider first entered the public relations arena as an assistant in the corporate division at Rogers & Cowan. After working on the GUESS? Jeans account, Karen moved in-house and became the company's PR director for almost three years. Following GUESS?, Karen became west coast PR manager for Reebok where she was responsible for securing media placement for such programs as the launch of Reebok Apparel and the Step Reebok sports program. While at Reebok, Karen met founding SnL partner Lori Newman and together they conceived the idea to open their own west coast PR fashion agency. Karen continues to pursue her philanthropic interests as a volunteer doing animal assisted therapy with her dog BRUIN at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles.

Staci Levine

Growing up in the fashion industry, Staci worked in various showrooms at the California Mart and landed a position with The Cherokee Apparel Group in 1985. There she worked in various positions including merchandising, design, marketing and advertising and left the company in her final position as marketing director for the footwear division. After eight years with Cherokee, Staci moved to Chinese Laundry Footwear as marketing director. Pursuing her passion for surfing, skateboarding and snowboarding, Staci joined SnL Communications in 1996 with the goal of creating an action sports division within the company. With the success of this new division, she became partner in January 2000 and created a team of SnL action sport specialists to service the needs of this growing industry.

Marla White

Marla White, a native Southern Californian who attended CSU Long Beach yet covets life in NY, started her career at Grey Advertising and has launched national brands and brand campaigns utilizing PR, traditional and social media marketing tactics across retail brands such as Nike, Limited Too, and Anchor Blue; entertainment brands such as Paramount Pictures, Dualstar, and Fox; CPG brands such Dannon and Evian; and fashion brands such as Levis, The Sprouse Bros, and more. Her free time is spent with her daughters, husband, her four furry babies, writing for her blog; White Handed, and loving every minute being a GLAMA to her granddaughter Avery Jay. Marla joined SnL Communications in 2010 as vice president heading up all divisions for the agency.

Julianna Barker

Julianna Barker was born and raised in Southern California and graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in journalism and concentration in public relations. While living on the Central Coast, she interned at various companies gaining much needed hands on PR experience. While studying abroad in Barcelona she discovered her passion for travel and spent another month backpacking through France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium and the Netherlands. The warm weather brought her to LA where she joined the SnL team as junior account executive and is pursuing her love of fashion, PR, and branding.

Ramsay Horn

Originally from North Carolina, Ramsay got her start in the fashion industry as a graphic design/ecommerce intern at Elegant Baby. After several related internships, including a summer in Singapore with INK Publishing, she graduated from Elon University's School of Communications and headed for Los Angeles. She gained valuable experience in the marketing department of MEK Denim working on advertising, tradeshows and PR and then transitioned to agency PR full time working with a diversity of footwear, apparel, and accessory clients both domestic and international. Ramsay joined the SnL team as an account executive where she channel's her passions for writing, branding and eco-conscious fashion. In her free time she enjoys hiking, painting and her little studio apartment in Venice, CA.
